the week before and the vesak weekend

haven’t been blogging for the last week. haven’t been buying much, but i’ve been pretty excited about TL’s upcoming stuff. so i thought i’ll just have a blogpost logging some of the past week’s OTDs, before a massive preview on TL’s next collection!

Went out once last week, and wore TL’s polka dot skater dress! So in love with this cutting, it makes me look slimmer at the waist.

Wore TL’s upcoming self-manufactured paperbag skirt to watch The AVENGERS at the newly open IMAX JCube <3 <3! First time watching it in IMAX and it was definitely a nice show to catch in IMAX!! Everything was so real and up close and personal. Especially when the HULK jumped out. OMG, i literally freaked out. My favorite character has to be THE HULK!

We waited quite some time, but our next manufactured item – PAPERBAG SKIRT! has finally arrived! Had a hard time choosing the prints as we didn’t want something too loud, or too subtle, but i’m so glad the prints turned out really nice and striking! It’s a really cute paperbag skirt, that comes in 2 sizes! S and M! Nope, no elastic bands! The skirt comes with a white sash (as shown on the polka dot skater dress), but you can wear use own belt and loop through the loops (like what i did for my OTD!). Paperbag skirts are <3! enhances the waist, elongates the legs and it’s just really flattering! So glad we did it in prints!

Anyway, the bf and I went to Bintan over the Vesak weekend for some relaxation! Love the beach hotel there, and wanted to go there for a quiet weekend getaway. In conjunction with the Spring/Summer theme, we have crochets galore in one of the upcoming collections!! We have like crochet skirts, crochet tanks, and this awesome crochet dress which I wore for my trip to Bintan! For casual wear, just wear a simple tank dress, but for your summer holidays, wear it together with your bikini!
